Getting to know Chris B. Wilson

 Born and raised in Grand Haven, MI, Chris Wilson harbors a love for the West Michigan area.  You can see that passion in every building project he completes, and although he has been in the business for a long time now, he didn't start out in the construction industry.  He graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in personal finance.  After graduating he worked as a stock broker for a large investment firm on Wall Street and as an investment analyst in Denver.  After 9/11, finance  was a difficult career to be in so Chris decided to move back to Grand Haven with his wife and children to go in an entirely different direction.  He began by doing odd jobs for friends and family, and fell in love with the process. As a local builder he found new excitement in working with his hands. In 2004, he applied for his builder's license and CB Wilson Construction was born!

Chris is a diehard fan of any sport his kids are playing, as well as the Detroit Pistons.  He enjoys playing guitar with a couple of local bands (The Sundogs, Salmon Co. and The Green House Gang), and loves skiing anywhere, but especially the Rocky Mountains.
